I knew I should have stayed off this stupid fucking website...now I want someone to crash into my truck and total it (shouldn't be hard to bend the frame with the steel bumpers), so I can get a T4R Pro. Ughh.

Not like I’d trade my truck in for one. Buuutttttt - I’d sell the truck for $34k as it sits if someone wanted to buy it, then take the equity and put it towards a used runner.

Did you see the big booty judy full replacement rear bumper?
Working on a dual swingout set up and a slimmer bumper that you just cut the bumper instead of the full replacement to keep some weight down. This one is heavy there is no getting away from that.

I like the way it protects the whole corner up to the tail light. Does it weigh over 200 lbs?

Yes sir it's ~280 lbs in it's current configuration. Hard to get it any lighter and provide adequate protection from off-roading. I know there are others out there that have a lighter weight corner area that bolts on and thinner steel. This is all 3/16 and welded together.

This is why we are working on a bumper cutting version to lighten it up. The swingout adds weight as well but that is kinda par for the course for the 4runners. Also working on some other options besides the ladder for the swingout as that is pretty heavy as well.

I think it is a very good looking bumper, and agree with not cutting corners on material, after all it is for protection. Nice work.

Thanks it took a lot. It held up great this past weekend and took a good beating with no damage other than some scrapes to the powdercoat.

We didn't drag him once he followed. And yes up 2 then to 16. Bent a tie rod end as well oops. I think we ruined him and he won't be back. We'll see hopefully he'll wheel again. Lot of money in that rig for it not to be used.

    I guess. :notsure:

The rear shocks are a bit different, you gotta swap the top bushings.

I'm getting ahead of myself, haven't even told the other half my plans that I'm buying one :bananadead::bananadead::bananadead:

I thought the rear was completely different I was just referring to the front

Would you let me experiment with making a long arm set up on it I think I have a way to accomplish it
